Arthur S. Dover, MD is a diplomate of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a member of the American Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene and the International Society of Travel Medicine. He has practiced primary care medicine in Santa Cruz County since 1975, resided in Latin America, and has traveled extensively. Formerly of the Parasitic Diseases Branch of the Epidemic Intelligence Service, (CDC, US Public Health Service), he has advised thousands of travelers and medical volunteer teams for missions around the world. We provide pediatric assistance with international adoption health matters, before and after the adoption, for adopters and adoptees.
